Presentations

Share presentations online with one link

Pitch decks and slide presentations are some of the heaviest files people send. Here's how to share them so they actually get opened.

Why presentations are hard to email

Slides full of images, charts and fonts quickly pass email limits. Even when they get through, the recipient needs the right app to open them properly.

How sharing by link works

Upload your deck to DeckDrop and you get a clean link like deckdrop.link/yourname/client-deck. Anyone with the link can open it in their browser on a laptop or phone — no account, no download needed.

  • Works with PDF, PowerPoint (PPTX, PPT) and Word files
  • Recipients can flip through pages, zoom and go full screen
  • You can turn downloads on or off

Keep it private

Add a password, set the link to expire, or switch it off whenever you like. You stay in control after you hit send.

See who viewed your deck

DeckDrop shows you views, unique visitors and time spent. For PDF decks you also see which slides got attention and where people stopped — so your follow-up can be about what they actually read.

Tip: export to PDF for the best tracking

If you want slide-by-slide stats, save your presentation as a PDF before uploading. PowerPoint files open in Microsoft's online viewer, which shows the slides but not page-by-page reading time.
